Last week, Microsoft released a new version of Azure AD Connect, its free Hybrid Identity bridge product to synchronize objects and their attributes from on-premises Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) environments and LDAP v3-compatible directories to Azure Active Directory.
What’s Fixed
There is only one fix in version 1.1.882.0.
In version 1.1.880.0 and before, Azure AD Connect‘s Upgrade fails if SQL Always On Availability is configured for the ADSync database.
This hotfix addresses this issue and allows Upgrade to succeed.
This release is only distributed to organizations using Azure AD Connect for manual download.
All current Azure AD Connect installations would have automatically upgraded to Azure AD Connect version 1.1.880.0, unless customers are using a non-standard account in Active Directory or have over 100,000 objects. More information on Azure AD Connect Automatic Upgrades can be found here.

This is version 1.1.882.0 of Azure AD Connect.
