Looks like Microsoft itself can’t wait to release the RTM bits of Exchange 2013 and it’s family members, because they are currently available on TechNet. Over the years Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) has grown into the standard in mobile mail, calendar and contact synchronization. Even groupware products other than Exchange have implemented this protocol to ensure synchronization with iOS, Android and Windows Mobile/Phone devices. It has been adopted to almost any mobile device, even BlackBerry has succumbed with (yet to be released) BBOS10. In my previous posts, I’ve demonstrated how to prepare Active Directory for Exchange 2013 Preview Release and how to install all the prerequisites on Windows 2012 for both the Exchange 2013 Client Access and Mailbox role. This video in turn will demonstrate how to install Exchange 2013 Preview on a Windows 2012 Preview server. Via the Graphical User Interface setup and the Command Line Interface. In my previous post, I’ve demonstrated how to prepare Active Directory for Exchange 2013 Preview Release. Exchange Server 2013 Preview – Preparing Active Directory [Video]

Last Monday Exchange Server 2013 Preview Release (PR) was finally but rather silently released, together with all of the Wave 15 products (Office, Lync Server, SharePoint server). Exchange 15 OWA Offline and Extensible?

A few hours ago Mary-Jo Foley posted a blog in which she states (among other things not mentioned here) that the next version of Exchange (codename Exchange 15) could get an offline OWA.
