The Microsoft Exchange Team released a new tool last week to help Exchange Administrators troubleshoot typical problems that may occur. Typically they named it the Exchange Troubleshooting Assistant, pet naming it ExTRA. Version 1.0 was found to be a good starting point for this new free tool.

Changing Automatic DisplayName creation in ADUC
I needed to change the way the DisplayName is automatically formatted in ADUC for a customer and was shocked to know they did not know of the createDialog propery in the CN=409 under DisplaySpecifier(s) in the Configuration partition. Below is a extract from the KB that shows you how to do this.
