ExTRA! ExTRA! (Read all about it)

The Microsoft Exchange Team released a new tool last week to help Exchange Administrators troubleshoot typical problems that may occur. Typically they named it the Exchange Troubleshooting Assistant, pet naming it ExTRA. Version 1.0 was found to be a good starting point for this new free tool.

Deploying printers with Group Policy

In Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2 Microsoft introduced a feature called Deploying Printers with Group Policy from within the new and improved Print Management Console. I like the new feature, but I’m not using it, because it’s not a 100% solution to the printing problems many organizations face today.
