Azure AD Connect version 22.214.171.124 introduced a new feature: mS-DS-ConsistencyGUID as the source anchor for groups. Now, as organizations are upgrading to the new version, some overlooked scenarios rear their heads.
Azure AD Connect version 126.96.36.199 is here to fix an issue when you’ve cloned a synchronization rule.
Version 188.8.131.52 addresses an issue with group synchronization, when you:
- Use mS-DS-ConsistencyGUID as the source anchor for groups;
- Have cloned the In from AD – Group Join synchronization rule, and;
- Have not cloned the In from AD – Group Common synchronization rule.
In this case, the In from AD – Group Join synchronization rule does not contain the logic for the sourceAnchorBinary and sourceAnchor attributes for groups.
This is version 184.108.40.206 of Azure AD Connect.
This release is the first release in the 1.5 branch for Azure AD Connect. It was made available for download on April 20, 2020.
