This is a topic that is near to my heart, as I see many organization struggle with not yet anticipated cloud migrations project due to the unforeseen circumstances of 2020. I see some organizations lifting and shifting their virtual machines, which is a nice way to get to the cloud, but not a very practical solution in the long run…
Of course, other organizations embrace Platform as a Service offerings, like Azure Active Directory. It makes way more sense, but my last Hybrid Identity design was 134 pages… and I deliberately changed the font size from 11 to 10 to save on paper.
Of course, Software as a Service makes the most sense for startups, but as a multinational organization; how do you get there?! ‘
